You’re feeling a mix of emotions – perhaps a blend of uncertainty, hope, and a desire for connection.

Relationships often encounter challenges, and it’s commendable that you are choosing to address them proactively.

I understand that every couple’s journey is unique, and my approach is tailored to your specific needs and dynamics.

Together, we’ll explore the strengths within your relationship and work collaboratively to navigate the areas that may need attention.

My approach to therapy.

My therapeutic approach is grounded in attachment therapy, with a focus on Emotionally Focused Therapy and the Gottman Method. These methods emphasize the importance of emotional bonds in relationships, providing a foundation for understanding, connection and positive change.

I am committed to fostering an inclusive environment where individuals and couples feel seen, heard and respected. Whether you are seeking personal growth or navigating the complexities of your relationship, my goal is to support you on your journey authentically.
