Our expertise and therapeutic specialties

Our expertise

Our team of therapists brings a wide range of training and certifications in evidence-based modalities. Between our clinicians, the practice offers expertise in:

  • PACT (Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy)
  • RLT (Relational Life Therapy) for couples
  • The Gottman Method for couples
  • EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), including certified EMDR therapists
  • IFS (Internal Family Systems) and Coherence Therapy
  • Mindfulness and Integrative Breath Work Techniques

Many of our team members are certified in these and similar modalities, or are actively pursuing certification, and we thoughtfully match each client with the therapist best suited to their needs.

Specialty service

EMDR intensive sessions

For clients who want to move the needle on healing quickly and efficiently, an EMDR intensive could be an excellent fit.

During these intensives, our clinicians spend a great deal of time making sure clients leave feeling regulated and calm.

EMDR intensives are 1-2 days in length – we provide snacks and incorporate movement and breath work. Reach out to us today to sign up or talk through what a typical day in EMDR intensives looks like.

Couples intensives

For couples who want to make meaningful progress in less time, a couples intensive offers two to four consecutive days of focused work with one therapist, rather than an hour a week. Drawing on PACT, Relational Life Therapy, and the Gottman Method, we offer two intensives: Come Back to Me, for couples rebuilding connection, and Begin Again, for couples healing trust after betrayal.

Couples intensives are up to $1,600 per day, which includes six hours of therapy plus preparation time. Intensives are self-pay only and are not covered by insurance.
