My Approach

My passion is helping my clients through the ups and downs of life- whether that’s navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or simply feeling overwhelmed and burnt out.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that healing happens when you feel truly seen and heard. This is a space where you can show up just as you are- no masks, no judgment.

Therapy with me isn’t about fixing you because you’re not broken. It’s about helping you understand yourself more clearly, find your voice, and build tools that truly support your well-being. Together, we’ll unpack the stories that have shaped you, explore what may be keeping you stuck, and work toward the life and relationships you truly want.

Therapy is about more than just coping—it’s about growing into your most authentic self. I’m here to support you every step of the way.

A Little About Me

After growing up and going to school in Midland, Texas, I settled in Austin with my daughter, where I’ve lived for the past nine years. I earned a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology in 2014 from the University of Texas Permian Basin. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Wellness Practitioner.

When I’m not working, you can find me spending time with my daughter and friends. I love being on any body of water, as well as baking, crocheting, gardening, and spending time on a sunny patio.
