My Approach
I provide a compassionate and nonjudgmental approach for both individuals and couples, helping clients process trauma, strengthen relationships, and develop deeper emotional awareness. Drawing from evidence-based methods such as EMDR, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Mindfulness, and Coherence Therapy, I tailor sessions to meet your specific goals. I’m also a nature lover who offers walk-and-talk sessions at Commons Ford Park or Wild Basin Wilderness Preserve.
You might be navigating anxiety, grief, trauma, or feeling stuck in old patterns, or perhaps struggling with communication, trust, or connection in your relationship. Whether you’re seeking support as an individual or part of a couple, our work can help reveal blind spots, foster healing, and promote lasting growth.
If you’re ready to move toward greater clarity, healing, and connection, with yourself or others, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
A Little About Me
I recently made an exciting shift from a rewarding 23-year tech career, during which I led multinational teams developing test and measurement software. I’ve since earned my Master’s in Counseling from Adams State University and now feel grateful to do work that aligns with my passion for helping others grow and heal.
When I’m not supporting clients, you can find me at my kids’ sporting events, hiking with my wife, cheering on the Longhorns, or tending to my growing collection of houseplants. I’m always planning for my next camping adventure in the Hill Country, West Texas, or Colorado.
